Asticom targets to employ over 15,000

Asticom Group of Companies, Globe Group’s shared services provider, targets to employ 15,000 more in the next three to five years from the current 5,000 Filipinos nationwide.

Now on its seventh year of operation, Asticom is expanding its operations, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups within and outside the country.

Asticom generated more employment as it established three subsidiaries – Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), HCX Technology Partners Inc. (HCX) and Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI) in 2021.

In January this year, Asticom launched Asti Shared Services Center (AstiSSC) to provide business operations support to the rest of its subsidiaries within the group and hasten service delivery to clients.

Asticom hired fresh graduates, undergraduates for part-time and full-time jobs as well as on a per project basis.

In 2015, the Asticom group started as a five-man staffing and shared solutions firm before it evolved into a service enterprise employing 3,000.

“We provide talents and solutions for clients through our diverse business portfolio,” says Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, President and CEO of Asticom Group of Companies.

“We strive to build a workforce that is empowered and passionate about our shared purpose: improving Filipino lives,” she concluded.
